Job Responsibilities:
- Reach out to customers who have enrolled via marketing promotions to book and manage their appointments
- Reschedule appointments when necessary and ensure all schedules are up-to-date
- Monitor and follow up on appointment attendance to help the team achieve KPIs
- Manage cold calls to engage potential customers and introduce promotions
- Handle customer service touchpoints, including:
- - Replying to Reviews
- - Responding to enquiries on social media platforms
- Work closely with the Marketing Team and report directly to the Business Development Manager
Job Requirement :
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in customer service or related roles
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and a positive team player
- Able to multitask, work independently, and follow through on responsibilities with professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive tools
