We're Hiring: Customer Service Executive (Full-Time, Onsite)

Position 1

Location: Buona Vista
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Role: Full-time, Onsite
Reporting to: Customer Service Manager

Remuneration: $2,200 - $2,500/mth

Position 2

Location: Yishun

Hours: Friday – Sunday, 7am – 7pm (12 – 2pm lunch break)
Role: Part time, Onsite

Reporting to: Customer Service Manager

Remuneration: $15/hr

At Sports Schooling, we’re committed to providing exceptional service and smooth operations to support our students, families, and coaches.

We're looking for a Customer Service Executive who’s organised, friendly, and ready to take ownership of daily admin and customer interactions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp
  • Support registration, bookings, payments, and general admin
  • Liaise with coaches and internal teams to solve issues smoothly
  • Keep records up to date and follow through on outstanding matters
  • Oversee part-timer scheduling and ensure roster coverage is well managed
  • Support the Operations Manager in inventory tracking and stocktaking
  • Coordinate merchandise purchases and transactions (e.g. uniforms, goggles)
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with feedback tracking and follow-up

What We’re Looking For:

· Proficient in written and spoken English

· Friendly, organised, and great with people

· Prior experience in customer service or admin is a plus

· Able to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
