Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, contractors, and site personnel regarding order inquiries, delivery updates, and service requests.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of construction materials to project sites.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and follow through on resolutions in coordination with relevant internal departments.
- Process sales orders, prepare delivery schedules, and issue required documentation such as invoices, delivery receipts, and order confirmations.
- Provide product or service information to clients and assist them in selecting the appropriate materials based on their project requirements.
- Drafting quotations for customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, communication logs, and service histories.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
- Work closely with the project team to stay updated on construction timelines and proactively manage customers expectations.
Qualifications:
- At least 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably in the construction, building materials, or engineering industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to commit retail hours
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin (to answer Chinese-speaking enquiries)
- Requires a sense of urgency
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good team player, positive attitude and willing to learn
