Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, contractors, and site personnel regarding order inquiries, delivery updates, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of construction materials to project sites.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and follow through on resolutions in coordination with relevant internal departments.
  • Process sales orders, prepare delivery schedules, and issue required documentation such as invoices, delivery receipts, and order confirmations.
  • Provide product or service information to clients and assist them in selecting the appropriate materials based on their project requirements.
  • Drafting quotations for customers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, communication logs, and service histories.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Work closely with the project team to stay updated on construction timelines and proactively manage customers expectations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably in the construction, building materials, or engineering industry.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to commit retail hours
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin (to answer Chinese-speaking enquiries)
  • Requires a sense of urgency
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good team player, positive attitude and willing to learn
