A leading company in the chemical industry is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Support professional in Singapore. The role involves providing excellent customer support, managing documentation, inventory reports, and liaising with logistics partners. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years working experience in related fields.
• Knowledge of export & import (Both Singapore & Malaysia).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with Autocount software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
• Prepare PO, DO, invoices, and liaise with logistic partner.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports with software.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, before and after sales

• Communicate with customers and suppliers on products and other related matters

• Prepare PO, DO, invoices, and liaise with logistic partner to ensure deliveries meeting customers' requirements

• Prepare sales and inventory reports with software

• Request and prepare samples from suppliers and customers

• Other ad hoc projects as and when required

Qualification:

• At least 2 years working experience in related fields

• Knowledge of export & import (Both Singapore & Malaysia)

• Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people

• Well organized and attention to details

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, familiar with Autocount software a plus
