A leading company in the chemical industry is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Support professional in Singapore. The role involves providing excellent customer support, managing documentation, inventory reports, and liaising with logistics partners. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service, before and after sales
Communicate with customers and suppliers on products and other related matters
Prepare PO, DO, invoices, and liaise with logistic partner to ensure deliveries meeting customers' requirements
Prepare sales and inventory reports with software
Request and prepare samples from suppliers and customers
Other ad hoc projects as and when required
Qualification:
At least 2 years working experience in related fields
Knowledge of export & import (Both Singapore & Malaysia)
Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people
Well organized and attention to details
Proficient with Microsoft Office, familiar with Autocount software a plus
