A leading company in Singapore is seeking a project coordinator to oversee customer orders from placement to delivery. Responsibilities include liaising with customers, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with policies while engaging in material resource planning. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma in Business Administration and experience in order management with SAP proficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and update the forecast list or any worksheet to monitor & ensure OTD supports from other functional department
Extract data from ERP software (SAP) for the analysis of performance of company and forecast of each month
Coordinate with customer and internal department to meet all deadlines & smooth processing of each order
Assist to review customers’ PO key T&C and ensure adherence to company policies
Liaise with customer for their deliverables and delivery date
Work with Sales & Proposal team & execution engineer in sales order creation& BOM & relevant master data
Ensure correct sales order for billing and BOM in SAP system
Assist to maintain and monitor and monitor project plans, progress, schedules, budgets and expenditures
Attend KOM (Kick-off meeting) to understand the project scope and objectives
Track project cost and improve profitability
Develop & manage a detailed project schedule and work plan for the smooth closure of each order in hand
Assist in preparation of all shipping documents relating to export shipments (E.g. Commercial invoice and packaging list)
Assist in preparation of the necessary documentations required (e.g. Commercial invoices, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.) for lodgments with the various banks in accordance with the company’s customers supplied (e.g. Warranty/ performance bond) if required.
Assist in the preparation of the necessary documentation required for payment collection per each customers’ requirements/ specifications.
Ensure and update Material Master Data correctly so that Material Resource Planning (SAP MRP) plans correctly
Raise Purchases Requisition in SAP
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your reporting superior.
Job Requirements
Minimum Certificate/ Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications
Minimum three (3) years of similar working experience handling customer’s order from the order stage until the stage of goods delivery.
Conversant in Microsoft Office and well versed in writing and e-mail etiquette.
A team player and problem solver who is able to work alongside with people from all levels across various department
Knowledge of SAP system is an added advantage
Able to work in fast pace environment
