Metro (Pte) Ltd is seeking a customer service specialist to enhance shopping experiences at our Orchard location. This role encompasses greeting guests, offering tailored product recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction through strong communication and problem-solving skills. Candidates should have at least three years in customer service, a relevant degree, and the ability to work rotating shifts on a 5-day work week. Create a welcoming experience by greeting all guests;
Be knowledgeable to maintain relevant and current knowledge of store procedures, systems and policies; product and organization knowledge and customer-related information to assist customers and improve their shopping experience;
Provides tailored recommendations across home, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle departments;
Assists customers with product selection, trend insights, and wardrobe curation;
Offers recommendations on the latest trends, upcoming collections, Singapore events, booking of restaurants, etc in enhancing the overall experience beyond shopping;
Conduct daily store walk and work with the respective team members to take immediate corrective action, if necessary;
Provide timely feedback to stakeholders and develop initiatives to enhance guest experience and satisfaction;
Blend problem solving and decision making to positively impact the guest experience and resolve guest concerns;
Motivate, train and coach associates to deliver seamless and exceptional guest experience; and
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time to maintain staffing flexibility and efficiency.

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in retail or hospitality related industry, customer service or relationship management.
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience preferred
Bilingual in English and another language
Exudes Confidence and Service-oriented
Excellent problem-solving, communication and customer handling skills
Meticulous and organized
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to work 2 rotating shifts, 5-day work week (including weekends and public holidays)
