Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring prompt leasing agreement renewals, smooth order processing, coordinating equipment returns and deliveries, responding to customer enquiries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone (WhatsApp/calls) and email
Prepare leasing agreements (via Docusign), quotations, sales orders, and delivery notes
Keep proper records of all leasing documentations
Manage corporate customers and render assistance to customers when required
Follow up on all leasing agreement renewals with customers
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and returns
Follow up on corporate customer’s feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Provide product information, contract information and administrative support to sales and operations teams
Requirements
GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Business or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales coordination
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to speak Mandarin is a plus to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Willing to respond via Whatsapp to acknowledge occasional customers’ requests within same day, outside of office hours
Meticulous, customer-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
