Job Description
Coordinate with multiple partners including direct customers in Singapore, 3rd Party Logistics Provider (3PL), freight forwarders, inter-departments’ colleagues (sales, operations and finance) to accurately fulfil orders and address customers’ concerns. Correspond with marketing to receive and ship POSM for events, trade activities, or where required.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing orders and invoicing for Singapore direct distribution of products
- Liaising with Customers on orders and fulfilment
- Provide efficient Customer-focused service.
- Ensure Purchase Order (PO) prices and quantities tally with processed orders.
- Responsible for liaising with the various internal departments with regards to order management processes when required.
- Responsible for maintaining/updating information in the database which are required for processing
- Coordinate to receive and deliver marketing POSM and sample bottles for events, trade shows or when required by Sales & Marketing
- Support Singapore sales & distribution where necessary
- Provide administrative support and cover duties within internal departments as assigned
- Assist the Operations department in performing month end closing of inventory reconciliation
- Manage issues and complaints, consider appropriate solutions and options
- Comply with company procedures, guidelines and policies
- Provide general administrative support
- Perform office tasks, including answering phones, replenishing office supplies, filing, as required
- All other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a product distribution environment
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Bubbly, friendly and approachable personality
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Able to be in the office 4 days per week (1 day working from home)
- Willing to work outside of office hours & at weekends when required
