Responsibilities
  • Handle client inquiries through various channels, including walk-ins, phone calls, and emails, providing accurate and timely assistance.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate prices with companies and businesses to secure deals.
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure prompt payment and resolve any payment-related issues.
  • Deliver professional and courteous after-sales support, maintaining and enhancing positive relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with management to address client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Confident in speaking English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • At least 3 months of working experience in any field, including internships (customer service or client-facing roles are a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
