Be the Voice of Our Clients: Respond quickly and professionally to calls, emails, and inquiries. Help customers with product info, order updates, and resolve their concerns with care.
Drive Sales Efficiency: Prepare and process all sales-related documents — from quotes and purchase orders to delivery notes — ensuring everything is flawless and on time.
Manage Orders Like a Pro: Accurately process customer orders, track progress, and collaborate with logistics to guarantee timely deliveries and installations.
Support Our Sales Team: Provide essential administrative help—review visuals, check floor plans, prep reports—and keep all records organized and accessible.
Keep Things Moving: Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to smooth out workflows and overcome any challenges that arise.

Who You Are:
Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Levels or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing
Strong communication skills — both verbal and written — with a friendly, professional attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM/order management systems (NAV, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused, empathetic, and skilled at resolving conflicts diplomatically
Adaptable team player who thrives on collaboration and learning new tools
