Job description

Objective Of The Position:

To fulfill the Order Management Cycle and efficient management of order entry while ensuring optimum customer’s satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities :

1. Order Entry/Fulfillment

  • Management of orders processing.
  • Work with sales team to ensure orders are closed
  • Shipping/dispatch of customer orders.
  • Preparation of delivery notes and shipping documents
  • In-charge for generating Invoices
  • Processing warranty claims.
  • Co-ordinate with Operation/Logistics Manager on stock availability, purchases and incoming shipments.
  • Co-ordinate with 3PL warehouse staff on preparations for shipping and deliveries

2. Customer/sales support

  • Ensuring proper delivery of products to customers
  • Enforcing proper pricing on invoices billed to customers (to adhere to pricing and discounting policy as depicted in Competency Guidelines – revised annually
  • Compliance on customer credit terms in co-ordination with finance department.
  • Support sales hotline
  • Prompt uploading of Invoices to customers invoicing system
  • Submission of back-order report on fortnightly basis

3. System Management

  • Create new article on the Article Master.
  • Run system end of day and end of period routines, all related print jobs and daily backup procedure.
  • Data transmission as and when required.

4. Others

  • Conduct and carry out special assignments in accordance with instructions of the Operations Manager or Managing Director

5. Requirement

  • Possess a good work attitude and must be meticulous, organized, reliable and able to handle work pressure well.
  • Willingness to learn
  • Able to work together as a team and communicate well
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word.
  • Possess good command of English both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP system will be an added advantage.
