The Role of Customer Service Officer in Alaska Pte Ltd primarily involves providing customer service and after sales support to customer and dealers for technicians servicing and installations support.

  • Liaise with customers who have purchased ceiling fans online, providing excellent after-sales support.
  • Coordinate and arrange delivery and installation services for customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collect and collate necessary information regarding the customer's location for efficient installation.
  • Proactively contact customers requiring servicing appointments, assist in scheduling, and coordinate with technicians.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized customer records and service history.
  • Generate and issue quotations and invoices promptly, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all financial transactions.

Any other administrative tasks that directly or indirectly contribute to the sales team morale and performance
