Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and process orders via call/emails/media aps promptly

• Track customer orders, including answer enquiries through call/emails/media aps

• Liaise with other teams to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner

• Provide corrective actions to resolve customer issues or order fulfilment discrepancies.

• Handle customers’ follow-ups in a professional level.

• Enforce adherence to company and business policies, ensuring compliance at all times.

• Administer and manage all open sales orders, ensuring smooth order flow and timely execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

• Experience hands on usage of SAP system would be preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
