Answer customer inquiries via phone calls and walk-ins.
Book and schedule appointments for agents and customers.
Coordinate site tour arrangements with temple staff.
Conduct site tours for agents and customers during visits.
Manage daily operations for customer service collection counters.
Assist with calling and informing customers about arrears and default payments, liaising with agents for follow-through, and updating the finance department accordingly.
Liaise with the finance department on counter-related sales and transactions.
Coordinate with other departments (such as FN, CP, HR, CC, and Site Ops) for assistance and follow-up as needed.
Build rapport with agencies and provide excellent customer service to valued customers and agents.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/'O' Level in any field.
Required languages: Bilingual.
Experience
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skills: Customer service-oriented, Good Communication Skills, Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office Applications, Good Team Player, Able to work on a rotating shift basis including weekends and public holidays.
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
