Qualifications

- Reply to email inquiries and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare quotations for customers and arrange import/export shipments.

- Prepare quotation to customer
- Arranging and Liaising of import/export shipments
- Ensure smooth running of daily operations
- Basic accounting job such as creating invoices and payment vouchers
- Maybe assign to other basic adhoc admin duties
Requirements:
- At least Diploma and above
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors)
- MS office computer literate (Words & Excel)
- Good communication skills and able to work independantly
- Preferably candidates with 1-3 years of working experience in similar field are welcome to apply
- Salary will be commensurate based on experience
- Prefer who can start work immediately
