1.Primary Responsibilities
- Support the sales department in close consultation with the sales team to ensure that all sales and marketing support tools including but not limited to catalogs, files, stationery and properly organize and available.
- To support the sales dept in selection of products to meet customer needs.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field.
- Handling of all telephone enquiry and assist in the preparation of simple quotation to customer with support from the sales team.
- Co-ordinate with internal team: purchasing, service, logistic side to fulfill customer requirements.
- Expediting and monitoring to ensure on time deliveries.
- Process sales order entry using SAP.
- Using ERP system for stock checking.
- Organizing and ensuring proper update of all our customer record including seal installation.
- Assist the company in organizing exhibition and training.
2.Position Requirements
- Must have initiative and be able to work in a team environment or independently
- These are Pro-Active role which requires being a meticulous, multi-tasks and self-motivated team member.
- Required to possess good communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office software applications.
- Minimum O-level equivalent or Diploma in related aspect.
