Responsibilities

  • Answer calls while providing meeting room information.
  • Greet and address visitors properly.
  • Liaise with users on meeting room setup.
  • Manage booking system.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are in order.
  • Maintain a clean reception area.
  • Coordinate catering for events.
  • Ensure AV equipment works properly.
  • Change microphone batteries.
  • Manage logbook.
  • Assist with event posters and notices.
  • Serve drinks to guests.

Responsibilities
  • Answer calls while providing basic meeting room information to external and internal staffs
  • Attend to visitors' guests by greeting and addressing them appropriately, ushering them to the respective meeting rooms
  • Liaise with users on meeting room setup of event log utilization
  • Manage booking system
  • Routine checks to ensure meeting rooms are in order
  • Maintain a clean and neat reception area
  • Catering liaison and coordination for events and training
  • Ensure all AV equipment in meeting rooms are in working condition
  • Changing of microphone batteries
  • Managing of logbook
  • Assist with creating printing of event posters and/or event notices
  • Serve drinks for staffs/guests attending meetings
Requirements
  • Diploma/GCE 'O' levels or equivalent
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels while maintaining string ethics and professionalism.
