Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Yishun. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer service management.

Qualifications

  1. Fluent in speaking/writing in Korean, as this role requires supporting Korea accounts.
  2. Interpersonal skills and strong communication skills.
  3. Customer support and customer service management skills.
  4. Experience in a customer service role or relevant planning/logistics/supply chain experience.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team.
  6. Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is a plus.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
