Job Scope :

Client management, billing & payment issues, emailing agreements, novation of contracts and their completion

Managing & tracking all leads, follow up calls, consult clients via online presentations, including physical meetings up with clients if requested.

To ensure payment duly received for all signed agreements and payment and receipting completed

To furnish monthly reports and update trackers promptly.

To assist with in-house team on phone calls, billing and walk in clients.

Any other duties may be assigned by management from time to time.
