A healthcare technology firm in Singapore is seeking a professional to oversee the operational routine and maintenance of their PA product. Responsibilities include managing medication dispensing, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing on-site customer support. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operational management and maintenance within a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the smooth functioning of the PA product, including medication dispensing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispensing and delivery of medications.
  • Perform regular maintenance and conduct routine system checks.
  • Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and collaborate for complex problems.
  • Provide on-site advice and support to customers.
  • Perform monthly preventive maintenance and ensure proper documentation.
  • Meet KPIs set for the system at the customer's site.
  • Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM platform.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and perform tasks according to SOP.
  • Ensure zero drug safety incidents during operations.

Job description

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Daily Operational Routine: Oversee the smooth functioning of the PA product, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and ensuring that all automated processes are working as intended.
  2. Medication Dispensing: Ensure timely and accurate dispensing and delivery of medications to patient administration, as timely delivery is essential for effective patient care.
  3. Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance by conducting routine system checks, cleaning, and ensuring that all components are functioning properly to reduce the risk of breakdowns.
  4. Corrective Maintenance: When malfunctions or breakdowns occur, Tier 1 support must diagnose issues, perform component repairs or replacements, and collaborate with Tier 2/3 for more complex technical problems.
  • Site Manning: Provide on-site advice and support to customers.
  • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform monthly preventive maintenance and ensure proper documentation.
  • Key Performance Indicator (KPI): Meet KPIs set for the system at the customer's site.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM platform.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and perform all tasks according to the standard operating procedure.
  • Drug Safety: Ensure zero drug safety incidents during operations.
