Key responsibilities include:
- Daily Operational Routine: Oversee the smooth functioning of the PA product, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and ensuring that all automated processes are working as intended.
- Medication Dispensing: Ensure timely and accurate dispensing and delivery of medications to patient administration, as timely delivery is essential for effective patient care.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance by conducting routine system checks, cleaning, and ensuring that all components are functioning properly to reduce the risk of breakdowns.
- Corrective Maintenance: When malfunctions or breakdowns occur, Tier 1 support must diagnose issues, perform component repairs or replacements, and collaborate with Tier 2/3 for more complex technical problems.
- Site Manning: Provide on-site advice and support to customers.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform monthly preventive maintenance and ensure proper documentation.
- Key Performance Indicator (KPI): Meet KPIs set for the system at the customer's site.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM platform.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and perform all tasks according to the standard operating procedure.
- Drug Safety: Ensure zero drug safety incidents during operations.
