We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Customer Service Cum Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also supporting administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team. Reporting directly to the Term Project Manager, this role requires a high level of independence, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients.


Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

  • Handle client inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure all client follow-ups and inquiries are executed efficiently and without delay.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to facilitate timely job completion and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

2. Administrative Support:

  • Assist the Term Project Manager in various administrative tasks, including paperwork, claims processing, and report generation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all relevant documents.

3. Communication and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with team members at all levels to foster a cohesive and efficient working environment.
  • Maintain open communication channels with Operations and Sales teams to facilitate seamless coordination.

4. Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure all work is conducted within the company's compliance and governance policies.
  • Uphold ethical standards and contribute to a culture of integrity and accountability

Requirement:
