Job description
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service support via phone and email.
Attend to Customer's enquiries on product, RFQ and deliveries.
Prepare shipping documents and import/export documentation.
Monitor and ensure outgoing shipments are delivered as prescribed.
Monitor and ensure incoming shipments are cleared timely.
Process invoices promptly.
Extract and tabulate data for report analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
Perform general housekeeping within the workplace and maintain a safe working environment.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
At least GCE "O" Level and above.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
Good employment history.
Team player with a positive and willing to learn attitude.
Able to commit to overtime as required.
Working location: West (Jurong East)
5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
