Job Description:
Provide customer service support via phone and email.
Attend to customer inquiries on products, RFQs, and deliveries.
Prepare shipping documents and import/export documentation.
Monitor and ensure outgoing shipments are delivered as prescribed.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
At least GCE O-Level and above.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
