A leading company in the school transport sector is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator based in Woodlands Marsiling. The successful candidate will manage inquiries, provide real-time updates, and liaise with the operations team to ensure a smooth bus service. Candidates must possess NITEC or Diploma and be proficient in English and Mandarin, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.
Customer Service Coordinator (School Bus Service)
Location: North – Woodlands Marsiling
5 Days Work Week
School Holiday: 9am – 4pm
School Day: 7am – 5pm (Shuttle Bus provided in Marsiling MRT 6: 45am)
Salary: $2600 – $3000
