A leading company in drilling solutions is looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage sales activities and administrative support for the sales team. The role involves order management, invoicing, customer interaction, and sales tracking. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience and be proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
This position is responsible for the co-ordination of sales activities and for providing administrative support to the sales team.
Responsibilities
1. Daily order taking from customer and issue delivery orders for production and delivery
2. Co-ordinate with customers on orders and processing of all shipping documents
3. Co-ordinate and raise documents for exports from Singapore and track inventory as well as support license renewal process
4. On-time invoicing for orders delivered and liaise with account to ensure on time month end closing
5. Co-ordinate with credit control on monitoring of account receivable and support Sales manager on collection.
6. Manage customer complaints and liaise with sales/logistic/production
7. Work with sales director on product forecast
8. Prepare weekly sales report and support in tracking sales performance
9. Provide marketing support to sales team on promotional collaterals, seminars, conferences and other promotional events.
10. Provide secretarial support to sales team to support sales tracking on action plan and result achievement
11. Perform such other duties which may be assigned by supervisor
Requirements
1. Minimum GCE O Level education or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
3. Good working knowledge of SAP applications
4. Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
5. A good team player able to interact with people from all levels.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
