Location: Jalan Boon Lay

Salary range: S$2k to S$2.3k per month

Work week: 5-day work week

A leading provider of logistics and transportation solutions in the region is inviting keen individuals to join its expanding team as a Customer Service Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities
  • Customer service support via phone and email.
  • Prepare shipping documents and import / export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place and invoicing of order once shipments had been closed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
  • Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
  • Ensure accuracy of all inventories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
  • Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Nitec or higher Knowledge in Logistics
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
