Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, warehouse, and forwarders for daily operations.
• Validate shipping documents from vendors.
• Advise vendors on transportation modes based on guidelines.
• Liaise with vendors/forwarders on shipment arrangements.
• Monitor shipment status and address customs clearance issues.

Job description

Information

• 5 days (815am-530pm)

• Basic $2,200-$2,400 + OT

• Company Transport provided: Lakeside MRT // Jurong East MRT

The Role:

• Communicate with customer, warehouse and forwarder in day to day operations

• Validating shipping documents from vendors

• Advise vendor the mode of transports based on guidelines.

• Liaising with vendors / forwarders on shipment arrangements

• Monitoring of shipment status and to address custom clearance issues promptly.
