  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, supplier and other third parties.
  • Ensure a positive client experience by addressing concerns and providing personalized service.
  • Documentation and Reporting.
  • Prepare and submit progress updates, reports, and documentation to relevant parties.
  • Monitor the availability and allocation of manpower and materials etc.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
