Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to be part to our company as Customer Service Coordinator. This individual will support the operation, contribute, and grow together with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support via phone and email.

  • Prepare shipping documents and import / export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place and invoicing of order once shipments had been closed.

  • Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.

  • Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.

  • Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.

  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.

  • Ensure accuracy of all inventories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.

  • Perform of general housekeeping within the workplace

  • Maintain a safe working environment.

  • Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Preferably with minimum 1-year relevant office working experience.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and good with teamwork.

  • Highly driven with a positive attitude, customer-centric mindset with good interpersonal skills.

  • Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will be an advantage.

  • Able to commit OT as and when required
