The incumbent will proactively address customer's concerns and assist them with their needs and provide support in warehouse administrative operations.
Responsibilities
Be the contact point between customer and warehouse operators (external and internal stakeholder) on shipments arrangement.
To promptly liaise with customers / suppliers’ inquiries via phone call or email related to the day-to-day operations.
Ensures all Inbound and Outbound documents & information are cascaded to warehouse operators via email and/or all communication channels.
Ensures warehouse operators input data accurately and update Warehouse Management System inventory transactions within the timeline with the objective to maintain stock accuracy.
To monitor / arrange daily Inbound and Outbound containers trucking with Customer.
To input data for monthly billing in excel file.
To ensure office areas are well maintained.
Performs other job-related functions as and when required by superior.
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level / NITEC in any relevant discipline
Good understanding of Customer Service and Warehouse Operations
Ability to work accurately and methodically.
Good communication skills
Ability to plan and organize work.
Performs well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
