Job description

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator who delights in providing exceptional customer service within the skincare manufacturing division and fostering service etiquette.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Familiar with diverse corporate and personal grooming standards to meet customer expectations.
  2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding skincare products and training programs.
  3. Experience with training setups and serving customers in skincare, makeup, communication, and etiquette within the beauty industry.
  4. Maintain professionalism when dealing with customers from the Middle East to India.
  5. Have knowledge of colors and textures of beauty products to answer related questions.
  6. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests related to products and packaging.
  7. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and feedback.
  8. Communicate and coordinate effectively with colleagues.
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support both internally and externally.

Pre-requisites:

  1. Ability to remain calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  2. Experience in customer support roles.
  3. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
