Job Description
  • In-charge of front desk admin and serving duties
  • Answer telephone calls from customers with a professional attitude & in line with call quality & productivity requirements.
  • Update and maintain proper filing systems and records
  • Handle administrative duties such as data entry
  • Attending to queries and feedback
  • Assist visitors with more information
  • The first representative of the estate when people using the facilities (Give people a reason to smile)
  • Any other duties and perform concierge support duties as assigned by superior
