Kanry Search is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to manage daily sales operations, process sales orders, and coordinate with internal teams. The candidate should have a diploma in Business Administration, 1-2 years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. This role offers a salary up to $3500 monthly and requires strong communication and organizational skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar sales support or coordination role preferred.
  • Knowledge or interest in computer hardware, software, or maintenance contracts is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily sales operations, ensuring timely processing of sales orders, quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to meet their needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to support the sales process.
  • Maintain positive relationships with key customer contacts and stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting reports, tender documents, and related paperwork.
  • Participate in product training sessions (online/offline) provided by vendors.

  • East area (Kaki Bukit)
