About the role

Join the dynamic customer service team at Beauty One International Pte Ltd as a Customer Service Consultant based in Tiong Bahru, Singapore. In this full-time role, you will be the friendly face and voice of the company, providing exceptional customer support and building lasting relationships with our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information

  • Process orders, handle returns and exchanges, and resolve any customer concerns or complaints

  • Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions

  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience

  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills
