Job description

Job Description:

  • Attend to and provide professional assistance to all customers and Financial Consultants who visit Prudential's Customer Service Centre (CSC) or make a video servicing (VS) appointment regarding policy enquiries and transactions.
  • Create a positive service experience and brand image for all customers.
  • Handle SAP emails and Live Chat.
  • Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to address customer requests, resolve issues, and provide a one-stop solution for customers.
  • Perform payment creation or payment authorisation.
  • Administration duties such as update statistics and reports.
  • Participate in projects supporting other departments or functions.
  • Take on added responsibilities such as supporting system enhancements.
