Customer Service Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Consultant to join our team at Beauty One International Pte Ltd in Singapore. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive brand experience. This is a full-time position that will involve working closely with our sales and marketing teams to support the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Participate in regular training to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen and respond to customer needs
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
• A friendly, patient, and professional demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Fluency in English and any additional languages would be an advantage
