RecruitFirst is hiring! You will be outsourced to:

Job Details:
• Location: Orchard (Roadshows/Retail Shops)
• Salary: Up to $2500
• Duration: Immediate - 6 Months
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm (Rostered, cannot choose)

Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service to address queries from customers and dealers that walk in
• Assist sales team to onboard dealers with training and set up of account
• Support technical queries troubleshooting including liasing with internal IT and technical team and close off the issue and inform customers on the resolutions
• Process service transactions a store for after sale support
• Support pre-sales activities including sharing product information and setting up of roadshows

Requirements:
• Comfortable to do customer-facing role
• Proficient in Excel (simple functions, v-lookup, filters, pivot table, etc)
