Job Description & Requirements
- Flexi shift hours (min 4hrs/day).
- Initial 6 months in office (adjustable based on progress).
- Max 35hrs/week (per FHR guidelines).
- 5PM - 9PM
- $10.30-11.30/Hour
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services & Enquiry Handling
- Answer inbound calls from guests in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer enquiries related to orders, feedback, or promotions efficiently.
- Guide customers through our online ordering platforms.
Order Logging & System Use
- Use Linux-based tools (e.g., PuTTY) and internal software to track and manage guest interactions.
- Enter orders and guest feedback accurately into the system.
Data Entry & Reporting
- Perform basic data entry in Microsoft Excel for logs, checklists, and daily operations.
- Assist in maintaining accurate guest records and operational trackers.
Interdepartmental Coordination
- Provide clear, updated information on products, menu items, and promotions to guests.
- Liaise with relevant teams to elevate unresolved issues where necessary.
Refund & Shift Operations
- Submit and log customer refunds as per guidelines.
- Support shift-based administrative tasks as assigned.
