Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Call Centre Representative/Email Team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Keeping customer interaction records accurate and up-to-date.
- Following up on customer issues promptly to ensure timely resolutions.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints and feedback effectively.
- Supporting operational needs by working overtime when required.
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
What We’re Looking For:
- A diploma or degree holder with relevant experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive, cheerful attitude and a strong customer-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
What We Offer:
