  • Schedule appointments for customers who inquire.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within required guidelines.
  • Work with various teams for complicated issues and ensure issues are resolved properly.
  • Must have experience in product strategy and marketing.
  • Location: Central
  • Working Hours: 5 days between Mon to Sun, 10am to 7pm
