Job Description
PERSOLKELLY Singapore, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading HR service providers, is looking for Customer Service / Call Center Executives to join our client-facing support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and providing information, assistance, and solutions in a professional and courteous manner.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about customer experience, communication, and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide accurate product/service information to customers
- Handle complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of company services, promotions, and policies
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls handled, resolution rate, etc.)
- Support cross-functional teams when required (email support, live chat, etc.)
Education & Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in any discipline
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Patient, empathetic, and a good listener
- Able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends/public holidays (if required)
