Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution, and expediting correction or adjustment.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers and create a positive customer service experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
