We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount.

Working Hours: 5 hours between 1.30 pm - 8.30 pm (Rostered by Supervisor)
5 days per week, inclusive of weekends and public holidays

Salary: $15/hr

Location: Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal

Job Description:

1. Handle customer inquiries related to ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications
2. Process ticket reservations and payments through the company systems
3. Assist customers with refunds, rebooking, and special requisitions

Commitment period: 3 months (Convertible)
