A leading company in the airport services industry is seeking passionate individuals for passenger handling roles at Seletar Airport. The position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with responsibilities including check-in, assisting passengers, and managing disbursements in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

Job description

  • Sign-on bonus of $5,000

  • Salary up to $3,000

  • Shift work is required for this position

Job Description

  • Checking in of passengers to boarding of flights.

  • Greeting passengers upon arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process.

  • Handling flight disruptions, providing recovery assistance to affected passengers.

  • Handle lost and found baggage

  • Airline Weight & Balance

  • Assisting passengers who require special assistance.

  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Able to commit on weekends and public holidays.

  • Candidate must be willing to work at Seletar Airport.

  • Candidate must possess at least a "N", "O" Level, any field, including a pass in English.

  • Preferably at least 1-2 years’ experience in customer service / hotel / lounge related industry.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance the service standards throughout the operation.

  • Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills.

  • Able to organise, plan ahead and manage workload.

  • A team player and a self-starter, yet able to work independently.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment.

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
