We are looking for Associate, Community in Singapore.

This internship offers hands-on experience in customer service, centre operations, administrative coordination, and events management in a dynamic coworking environment. You’ll build professional skills in communication, operations management, and event support.

In this role, you are responsible for:

  • Welcoming members and guests with a warm and professional demeanour, and assist in responding to basic queries about our products, services, and policies

  • Supporting the move-in and move-out processes for members ensuring a smooth experience

  • Assisting in the day-to-day centre operations, including maintaining cleanliness, managing facilities, and ensuring shared spaces like pantries and meeting rooms are well-kept and functional

  • Performing administrative support such as manning the reception, answering emails, handling courier services, preparing meeting rooms, and assisting with invoicing and payment processing

  • Supporting the planning and execution of community events and initiatives that promote a vibrant and engaging work environment for members

Pre-requisites for this role include:

  • 1 - 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or serviced offices.

  • Strong communication skills in English and the local language.

  • Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented with a passion for building connections.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities.

  • A proactive, team-oriented individual who can also work independently.
