A leading company is seeking a Customer Service Associate to manage customer relationships and enhance sales for electronic components products. The role involves sales support, preparing quotations, and actively participating in marketing activities. Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, and have a strong service-oriented approach with a diploma qualification.
1. CustomerServiceAssociate
Responsible for:
1.Manage existing customers and develop new customers.
2.Provide pre-sales and after-sales support.
3.Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries/proposals.
4.Responsible for the sales and marketing of electronic components products.
5.Support marketing activities in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
6.Carry out calls and sales visits to existing and prospective customers.
Requirements
Open to Singaporean or PR only
1.Diploma and above
2.Candidate with prior experience in customer service preferred
3.Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
4.Strong capability of learning. Analytical with good problem-solving skills
5.Organised, Self-motivated, Positive attitude and Result-oriented
6.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
7.Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
8.Empathetic and customer-oriented, with a passion for service excellence
