A leading company in technical support seeks a Customer Service (Assistant Engineer) to provide on-site assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with clients and the sales team, requiring strong communication and engineering skills. Customer Service (Assistant Engineer)
Job Description
· Provide on-site technical support for clients, including installation, troubleshooting, product demonstrations and training sessions and site survey
· Address and resolve customer issues promptly via email/ phone/message as the main contact point.
· Strive to get up-to-date technical skills and knowledge to keep pace with industry advancement
· Collaborate with the sales team in daily routine work
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
· Support on all technical, operations and logistic matters
· Handle and liaise incoming shipment & outgoing vessel shipment orders
· Prepare quotation/ delivery order and other documents
· Other Ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements
· At least 1-2 years of working experience
· Must be strong in written and admin duties
· Must be able to work independently with teamwork spirit
· Patient, flexible, and work with great hospitality
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Willing to go to client site in the case of emergencies
· Major in Engineering will be an advantage
