Customer service assistant (1 year Contract renewable) - Singaporean only!

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to arrange for appointments for the installation or cut-off of gas pipes/gas appliances.
• Handle customers' enquiries on appointments and installation related matters through phone calls and emails.
• Send emails or SMS to customers on their appointment schedules.
• Promote and sell gas appliances to potential customers.
• Liaise with term contractor on any service lapses.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Customer Service Skills
• MS Office proficiency
• Minimum N/O Levels
• 1 year of relevant experience
