Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant on a 1-year contract, based in Singapore. The role handles sales orders, customer inquiries, invoicing and regular admin tasks, with ERP usage (SAP or similar) and Excel skills required.

1–2 years of relevant experience is essential, and there is a potential to convert to permanent. Location: Bencoolen; Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm; Salary: $2,800–$3,300 per month.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or administration.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers on sales orders and inquiries.
• Process invoicing, purchase orders and delivery orders, purchasing/receiving.
• Handle order processing and general administration.
• Support supply chain activities as backup.

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5:00pm

Salary range: $2800 - $3300

Responsibilities:

• Liaising and co-coordinating with customers on sales orders and enquiries
• Invoicing, P/O and D/O, purchasing / receiving
• Order processing
• Administration duties
• Supply chain management duties (back up)

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma holder with 1-2 years relevant experience
• With relevant customer service & admin experience
• Knowledge in ERP (SAP or similar) & Excel skill

This is a 1 year contract role, with opportunity to convert to permanent.
