Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant on a 1 year contract located at Bencoolen, Singapore. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Salary range is SGD 2,800 to 3,300 per month.

The role involves liaising with customers on sales orders and inquiries, invoicing, P/O and D/O, purchasing/receiving, order processing, and general administration. It may also support supply chain duties as needed.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma holder with 1-2 years relevant experience.
• With relevant customer service & admin experience.
• Knowledge in ERP (SAP or similar) & Excel skill.
